Qapla’, thanks to a continuous shipments’ tracking, allows Merchants to efficiently manage customer care activities and solve problematic deliveries.

All communications on the status of the shipment are sent automatically in a customizable format creating a direct communication channel between Merchants and end customers.

Qapla’ is already designed to integrate with Magento and with main eCommerce CMSs, also available APIs for easy integration of other platforms and automatic import of orders form Amazon and eBay.
Qapla’ currently handles 44 national and international carriers for tracking services and for some (GLS, BRT, SDA and Nexive) is possible also to print waybills from the main panel.
