He has been working in e-commerce since 2001, initially directly managing online stores.
In 2009 he founded b2commerce, facing many other situations that operate in the electronic commerce world across widely different industries, both B2B and B2C. He has learned much from every experience and continues to discover, test, and experiment.
He is convinced that the user experience and conversion optimization should be the most important things to consider when designing a store, whether aimed at end users or businesses, and a test is worth much more than many hypotheses.
He founded in 2014, a service that allows one to improve the experience of the end customers in the post-purchase phase by tracking shipments during delivery and managing all communications between the e-commerce store and the end user.
He has offered training services since 2012, bringing his experience into the classroom and the company and sharing it with those who participate.
